This is the Seventh Strategic Plan (2022-2026) for the African Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS), which builds on the achievements and lessons learnt from the Sixth Strategic Plan (2019-2021). A mid-term evaluation of the Sixth Strategic Plan was undertaken in late 2020 to determine its success in the realisation of the set objectives.
The evaluation included what worked well and what did not, lessons learnt and best practice; the impacts and opportunities of the Covid-19 pandemic on ACTS as an organisation; and recommendations for the Seventh Strategic Plan (2022-2026). The results of the review influenced the 2022-2026 Strategic Plan.
