As part of our support to the Science Granting Councils Initiative, ACTS is providing Councils with Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) support. To help us provide this support we are currently looking for MEL consultants to provide dedicated short-term support to Councils. Please see below for the individual terms of reference for each consultant position.

- Terms of Reference: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Consultant to support National Council for Science and Technology (NCST), Rwanda
We are open to receiving applications from companies who wish to provide consultants across multiple countries. Please note however, that we are looking for local consultants in each country to ensure timely and efficient MEL support. We do not have funds to cover travel.
